Important Note for Authors
- Each accepted paper needs to be covered by at least one author registration of the appropriate category (student, full) by the author registration deadline (Aug 10, 2026).
- A student author registration can cover up to one paper and a full author registration can cover up to two papers.
- It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the conference and present their work at the conference (in-person or virtually).

Speaker Requirements
All speakers, whether presenting in person or online, must complete both of the following requirements:
- Conference Registration
All speakers must register for the conference by August 10, 2026
- UAE Speaker Permit (Required for All Speakers)
In addition to conference registration, all speakers are required to obtain a UAE Speaker Permit. This is a separate government approval process and is not the same as conference registration.
Each accepted paper must have at least one designated speaker who submits the required documentation for the UAE Speaker Permit application by October 10, 2026.
During conference registration, speakers must:
- Indicate that they are the designated speaker for their paper.
- Provide the required personal information and supporting documentation for the UAE Speaker Permit application.
If the designated speaker changes after the camera-ready submission, the speaker information may be updated through the online registration form. However, every accepted paper must have at least one registered speaker and a completed UAE Speaker Permit application by the required deadline.
